Moringa Oil-Infused Garlic and Herb Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 cup warm water (105-115°F)
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
- 3 tablespoons Moringa oil

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes, or until foamy.
- Add flour, salt, garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
- Add Moringa oil to the dough and knead for another minute to incorporate.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size. 6. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
- Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
