True to our inspiration, all our products are USDA organic certified or natural and chemical-free. They are produced by artisanal methods. Our products are never subject to heat-treatment to preserve the nutrients. They are naturally dried, hand pounded, and cold-pressed. We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality control.
