Organic Cold Pressed Almond Oil

Ingredients:

• 2 ripe mashed bananas
• 1/4 cup almond oil
• 1/2 cup maple syrup
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• Optional: Chopped nuts or chocolate chips

Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.
• Mash bananas, then mix with oil, syrup, egg, and vanilla.
• Combine dry ingredients and stir into wet.
• Fold in optional add-ins.
• Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Roasted Vegetable Salad with Almond Vinaigrette:

• Toss mixed roasted vegetables (such as broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers) with a vinaigrette made from almond oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, and a splash of red wine vinegar.
• Top with crumbled feta cheese and fresh herbs.
