Classic Apple Crisps with Nutmeg

Ingredients:

  • 6-8 apples, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup butter, cold and cubed

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Mix apples, sugars, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  • Combine flour, brown sugar, oats, and butter into crumbly topping.
  • Pour the apple mixture into a baking dish. Top with crumble.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Nutmeg-Infused Golden Milk:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Pinch of cardamom powder
  • Pinch of nutmeg powder
  • Honey (optional)

Instructions:

  • Warm the almond milk in a saucepan.
  • Add turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cardamom, and nutmeg.
  • Stir well and simmer for a few minutes.
