Homemade Brown Sugar

  • Combine 1 cup organic raw sugar with 1 tablespoon molasses
  • Mix thoroughly until the molasses is evenly distributed.
  • Store in an airtight container

Oat cluster Granola

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup organic raw sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, salt, and sugar.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut oil and vanilla extract.

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring every 5 minutes.
